A summer's afternoon reading Shantaram.
Seapony came out with a record LP with 3 songs earlier this year. This song, Blue Star, is off the album Go With Me and newly released as of May 31st. Basically they can be explained by this quote
"Seattle’s Seapony sound like they could have been on a cassette the cops found locked away in Phil Spector’s vault when everything started going wrong. Luckily, this is not another time capsule band produced at gunpoint. The sunny and sad, jangle- ‐pop romance bundled inside “Dreaming” gives the track a foggy, delicately scuffed nostalgia reminiscent of the breezy, honeyed hits of bygone days." – Altered Zones
Ganglians - Valiant Brave
Description: It’s a chorus of voices, a lot of reverb echo, some electronics of the messed up cheap variety, or toy pianos. It’s far away…a little underwater. A lot of noise and yelling, a garage a thon, sounds recorded live in that way that most live stuff doesn’t come close to.
